It's a good place to stay.

Good location. I liked that security was there during the day and opened the door for you but it would be good to have 24hr security given my experience in Cartagena. Everything worked in the apartment. Internet was ok speed wise but not fast if you want to work.

I didn't like having to go another 400 meters with my stuff to go to the checkin place with my important documents as it seemed dumb to have to taxi a few blocks because of that and without going into what happened I just wish the security person on prem could have done it and saved what was a really series of negative events that didn't need to occur. It's kinda hard to find especially at night.

Very Good

It was a great place to stay at a wonderful location. The balcony was really nice and we loved that we could use the kitchen and the washing machine. It is sort of a nice rooftop experience in the middle of the old town, that is really great. Good place to spot birds too! The guard was always very friendly with us.

The 4 floors are not easy to climb in Cartagena weather and the top floor gets extra hot understandibly. There is airconditioning only in the bedroom and it took us some time to figure out how to make a tolerable weather in the apartment.

Wonderful

Great to have your own full apartment, especially for this price. They include amenities like paper towel, cleaning supplies, some cooking supplies, etc. Really loved the suite.

Picking up the keys at another location was a little cumbersome. The internet connection in one of the two that I stayed in was spotty, but the other was great.

We left an amount of money in the room and they took it and didn't return it to us, even when we repeatily called to desk front and guest.

nice apartment met expectations

location within the old town, and three very complete apartments. had basics that we needed such as washing machine and a little terrace, a sofa and a nice comfy bed.

only issue is in the top apartment the aircon was very noisi and we couldnt leave it on during the night. therefore we slept with the window open and is an issue because of the mosquitos.

Good, excellent location, good price, but not properly working air conditioner was a disappointment.

Simple but good apartment in the center of the city , very good bathroom.

Not properly working air conditioner. It was too hot. Air conditioner was possible to activate only by inserting apartment keys, but it took hours to get the apartment to the comfortable temperature. AC needs to be fixed or replaced. Washing machine should be fixed. It worked, but without centrifuge function, Laundry was wet. Free Wi-Fi, but relatively low speed, very unstable connection.

The apartament is huge, situated in the middle of the historical center, close to all the magic places in Cartagena. It looks like an apartment for a honeymoon, and it has the most incredible bed. ;) The bathroom has a lot of space too.
